Parking & Directions

Take Exit 2A from I-495, or Exit 1A-1B from I-295 to get to National Harbor. Muse is near the entrance to the center near the Potomac. There are 3 parking garages, closest of which is the Fleet Garage (entrance on Potomac Passage around the corner from Muse). There is also street parking throughout, but please be sure to take note the hour limits!

  • Jordan Shackelford

    Jordan Shackelford began his study of the Arts at a young age copying his favorite cartoon characters from the television. He later studied the art of drawing and painting at the Suitland High School Visual and Performing Arts program. Jordan was offered a scholarship to attend the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia where he graduated majoring in Oil Painting. Since graduating Jordan has been active in beautifying his community through his Artwork. He creates murals and works on canvas that transforms schools, offices, homes, and daycares into colorful and inspiring places of infinite possibilities. He works with youth art programs and senior citizen art therapy sessions and believes art is all about exploring your creativity, building your confidence and trying something new.

  • Kiki Spiezio

    Kiki Spiezio, born in China but raised in southeastern Massachusetts, recently graduated with degrees in Business Administration and Politics from Washington and Lee University in Virginia. Her creative side was nurtured from a young age doing arts and crafts projects with her mom, but she found her love for acrylic painting after taking two art courses in high school. In college, she branched out into photography, printmaking, and mixed media collage, finding art as not only a side hobby but an important stress relief. An avid paintbar enthusiast herself, she is excited to join the Muse team and help bring the fun and joy of painting to others.

    Karin Law is a 2016 graduate of St. Andrews University with a B.A in Interdisciplinary Studies. She is a visual artist, crafter and sculptor. She is very confident in how she carries herself without coming off as cocky, and emits positive vibes and good energy. She loves to have fun and interact with people. Karin lives by two things, "to thy own self be true" and treat others how you would want to be treated.

  • Nikki Moon Manteen

    Visual artist Nikki Moon is best known for her afro-celestial illustrations and paintings. She describes her work as "afro-celestial" because she can't seem to declare any piece finished without adding a few astral elements to it. In addition, her work often portrays the strength and beauty of people of color through the use of bold colors, a subtle darkness, and out-of-this-world themes. Born and raised in Long Island, NY, Nikki now resides in Maryland where she received a degree in Elementary Education from Bowie State University. A former K-5 art teacher, she now spends and her days working on commissions, personal projects, and vending at music festivals.     Ryan is an Idealism Artist who's artwork is heavily influenced by music, popular culture, and societies. He was born and raised in Chicago IL, where he received an abundance of inspiration to create. At a young age, he began drawing his interpretation of his favorite comic book heroes and popular movie characters. Ryan currently has two online stores where he sells his artwork and has created album covers, customized oil paintings, and acrylic paintings. He is a very outgoing artist who has no problem stepping up and helping customers get the most value from their creations. He is working to collaborate with mainstream artists to showcase his artistic ability and create timeless pieces. Ryan enjoys sharing his artwork with others and is honored to work at Muse paint bar.     Christina graduated in 2011 from Goucher College where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Fines Arts with a concentration in oil painting. She continues to paint in her spare time, but has shifted her medium to acrylics. She specializes in pet portraits and landscapes, but loves to paint any subject. When Christina is not working or painting, she can be found in the comfort of her home relaxing or baking delicious desserts. Her happiest moments are when she is traveling, and she hopes to one day be able to travel more often!

    Leane Abbott graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a Bachelors Science in Media Arts and Animation. Her interest in art started at a young age with Fine Art always being the core driving her artistic abilities. Leane is from Philadelphia where she worked as a Graphic Designer, an Entertainment Painter, and a professional pencil for hire - or a freelancer but the first one sounds cooler. An opportunity to move to the DC area arose and in one month she packed up her life and moved to Alexandria, VA. Leane loves to bring art into everyone's life which is why she loves teaching at Muse. She is eager to help you unleash your inner artist for a night of fun!     James is a creative, out of the box thinker. He spends his days as a personal trainer and his evenings sketching and painting. Being a self taught artist, he has taken the opportunity to try almost every form of art. From chalk to tea leaves, oil to acrylic, and street art murals, he has made art with several different types of applications on anything that can hold the paint including himself majority of the time.     Aziza better known as Zee, was born in Cali., raised in DC and now resides in Southern Maryland. Her art education of began when she was 4 years old. Her dad was her first teacher, and is her biggest influence and inspiration. Growing up, Zee would assist her dad working at the top Face Painting Stand at many different festivals in Chicago. During these events, she was exposed to various art forms and expressions of creativity. With her love for the arts she graduated from Duke Ellington School of the Arts where she focused on Literary/Media. After HS she attended Bowie State Univ. & earned a degree in Communications. Zee's art love even led her to attain a Certification in MakeUp Artistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling and creating art.

  • Reynaldo Quinn

    Reynaldo is a visual artist from the great state of New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Seton Hall University with a focus in studio art. After a brief career as a wine and spirits salesman, Reynaldo decided to relocate to the DMV in 2008 to become an art teacher. Since then, he has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school level while studying art education at American University and the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. During his spare time, he mentores high school students, coaches high school basketball, and creates mixed media portraiture and sculpture pieces that he actively displays in group art shows. Reynaldo's teaching philosophy is based off of Pablo Picasso's quote "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he/she grows up."
