Since joining Muse in 2020, Jules has been on a mission to help others tap into their own creativity. Whether it’s guiding someone through their first painting or cheering on a wild color choice, Jules loves watching people light up as they create. Nothing makes Jules happier than a room full of laughter, paint splatters, and pure creative joy.

Anita Pothanszky believes that making art is a fundamental part of what it means to be human. Whether it’s a crayon drawing proudly displayed on a fridge or a masterpiece hanging on the marble walls of a gallery, she finds value in all forms of creative expression—and encourages her students to do the same! A passionate lover of art history (and, generally, really really old stuff), Anita finds joy in those lightbulb moments in the studio when someone discovers something new: about the creative process, about themselves, or even about life. She is a strong advocate for museum accessibility and inclusion, a published illustrator, and, above all, a fellow creator always looking to learn.

Cora is excited to bring her love for creativity and the arts to Muse as a new Art Instructor. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University and was an Art Instructor at the Giggling Pig in Shelton for 7 years. Cora recently started her own business making handcrafted earrings and loves spreading joy through her creations. She also enjoys performing in musical theater and has appeared in many productions at Center Stage Theater in Shelton, most recently appearing as Kate Monster in Avenue Q. In her free time, Cora can be found hanging out with her cat, Philly Cheesesteak.

Lexi Baboukis is an award-winning illustrator who uses a rendered style with traditional mediums to tell her stories. Experimenting with lighting, expressions and colors, she uses art as a way to explore. Her passion and curiosity for art led her to the University of Hartford where she received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with a concentration of Illustration and Art History. Lexi is a published children's book illustrator with the book “The Riddle Song,” which will be released by Gia Publications in 2026. Her artwork has been seen in galleries across multiple states, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. If she isn't painting, then she’s probably watching a movie.

Inspired by childlike wonder, Jasmine Gonzalez aspires to use her art to bring childhood joy and fun into the world through multiple mediums such as painting, pen and ink, 3D, and fashion. Having graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in May 2025, she aims to create narrative children's books and comics, as well as continue to hone her skills in 3D illustration. When she's not making art, you can usually find her playing her favorite video games or drafting new ideas and patterns for her next fashion project.

With a deep love for painting and a goal to master every medium, she finds particular inspiration in fashion history—specifically the Rococo era and the Gilded Age—which she frequently references in her art and interior decoration. Additionally, Kiara has a strong interest in kitsune lore and Japanese mythology. She looks forward to helping others develop their creative skills while continuing to grow as an artist herself.
