  • Rachel Sterling

Growing up with a large family, it was more than just coincidence that Rachel's chosen godfather was the original artist of the group. Lavishing her with endless art supplies on holidays and birthdays, her creativity and passion for painting continued to develop. Looking back, Rachel will always be grateful for the artistic influence and mentoring her uncle provided to help her reach her highest potential. While Rachel's medium of choice is acrylic her subject matters vary greatly. She subconsciously creates images that reflect the current mood or atmosphere of her life. Finding this to be very therapeutic, Rachel strives to help others find this sense of peace within themselves as they relax and paint.

In college, he took some art classes and started drawing more and more. After graduating from Eckerd College with a degree in Marine Geology, he started painting. For the past six years, he has been teaching science to high schoolers by day, while painting and drawing at night. During the summer, Sawyer is the director of ceramics at Camp Billings in Vermont, where he teaches campers of all ages how to build freehand with clay and throw on the wheel. Sawyer enjoys all mediums of art and music, and can't wait to paint with all of you!

  • Shelbee MacCracken

Shelbee currently works in a high school with students with varying degrees of disabilities, mostly on the autism spectrum. While building positive relationships with her students, Shelbee has found that creative arts therapy encourages the most self expression in a safe and judgement free zone. Starting at a young age, Shelbee found creative ways to express herself by doodling on everything she could find with any media available. Though her focus has mainly shifted to mandalas, her love for all art blossomed into a passion that has carried Shelbee through local art shows and throughout her career. In addition to visual arts and creative art therapy, Shelbee is also an established equestrian with more than ten years experience with horses.
