  • Natalie Wright

Natalie has had an affinity for art for as long as she can remember. In school she was constantly doodling in her notebook, drawing (ha) inspiration from nature and fantasy art. She took AP art in high school, eventually scoring a 5 on the AP exam. She then went on to pursue foreign language and marketing at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After working as a translator and teaching Spanish for 2 years, Natalie realized that her true passion was always going to be art. She is incredibly grateful and excited to have been given the opportunity to work at Muse so she may finally begin to find her place in the art world. Eventually her dream is to become a concept artist. Natalie enjoys spreading her positivity to others and recognizing and encouraging everyone's unique strengths. In her free time you can find her cooking, hula hooping, adventuring with friends, and caring for animals of all kinds.

  • Lalenya Lopez de Rivera

With a fun spirit and quick wit, Lalenya has taken to painting like acrylic to canvas. An artist at heart, Lalenya sketched instead of taking notes through a couple of Chemistry classes in college. After almost changing her major to Art during her sophomore year, she finally got through all of her science classes to procure a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science. In her free time from studies and work she always had some kind of art project in her hand. Whether it's painting, stained glass, working up clothing or making jewelry she has never stopped learning new techniques through which to channel her creativity. In 2010, having learned to crochet at a very young age, Lalenya has even had a shawl pattern that she designed published in The Crocheted Prayer Shawl Companion. She has had her own crafting business since 2003 and enjoys bringing her creativity to life and smiles to other's faces. Able to leap large buildings in a single bound, Lalenya's teaching style brings lighthearted buoyancy to any subject. (In actuality, she probably has problems clearing curbs at her height.)

  • Molly Getchell

Art and creativity have been the backdrop of Molly's life and have taken her down many interesting paths, including the one that brought her to Muse Paint Bar! She was homeschooled as a teenager and studied art at Manchester Community College for a number of years before transferring to UConn. Though her studies later took her in a different direction professionally, Molly has continued to create and be creative in her spare time and with others in her community in all the years since. While working with children at a local Non-Profit, she has had the opportunity to share that creativity and the therapeutic aspects of painting with others, and sees Muse as another opportunity to bring people together in a creative environment. I believe in the importance of creating things, getting our hands dirty and connecting with others while discovering our own talents and skills. Everyone has the ability to make something new and amazing, and at Muse I have the opportunity to help people do just that!

Upon graduating college in 2014, she went back to Italy to revisit her roots and family and taught English at an Italian high school in Brescia. • Natalie Bernard

Ever since she was a child, Natalie was drawn to visual art. Gaining inspiration from the fantastical worlds of film, books, and games, she spent most of her childhood sketching from her imagination.
