Muse Fairfax is located in Mosaic District, around the corner from Lululemon and directly across from True Food Kitchen's outdoor patio on Strawberry Lane.
Parking is free and convenient at Mosaic District. There are 3 free parking garages around the Mosaic District studio, the closest is directly behind our storefront. There is also free street parking near the entrance of the studio.

  • Claire D

    Claire earned her BFA from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2023 and is a versatile artist with skillsets in painting and ceramics. When painting she works with acrylic medium and focuses on photo-realism styles. Claire loves to share all the techniques and tips she's learned about painting in her classes, hoping that you'll walk away with a smile on your face and a few new skills under your belt.

  • Matt C

    Matt is from Virginia and has been painting for many years. After VCU arts undergrad he joined Muse paintbar. When not painting you can find him golfing or out on the water fishing.

  • Madelin A

    Madelin is from Ohio originally and has a bachelors in 3D Animation and minor in Drawing from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Before Muse, she worked on two TV animated shows while living in British Columbia, Canada. She loves all types of art and often spreads herself thin over many active projects at once. She especially loves to draw portraits, caricatures, and is exploring oil painting and miniature sculpting. She loves teaching and introducing art to new people.

  • Chase H

    Chase has not been able to stop making art since the moment he first held a pencil. Obsessed with any and all art, he studied illustration and art history at VCU and now studies art history as a graduate student. When he’s not studying other people’s paintings, you can find him frantically painting his own.

  • Olivia D

    Olivia is a talented Art Instructor at our Mosaic District studio.

  • Samantha J

    Samantha Jenkins is an African American and Jamaican artist from Virginia whose work calls attention to the beauty of what makes people distinct while celebrating what makes everyone human. Samantha studied at VCUArts and earned her BFA in Communication Arts and works across a variety of mediums including graphite, ink, acrylic, gouache, and digital. Samantha is passionate about representation and sharing stories that make audiences feel seen. You can follow Samantha’s work on Instagram: @loycrea

  • Lily S

    Lily has always held a passion for art and the ability to get lost in her expression; she set out on a mission to help inspire others to feel the same. This led Lily to obtain a bachelor's degree in art education and a master's degree in educational leadership, where she has shared her love for art as an elementary and middle school art teacher. Outside of the classroom, Lily loves challenging herself by trying new mediums. While she enjoys painting and photography in her free time, Lily enjoys learning and experimenting with various crafting mediums, such as crocheting or sewing. When she finally puts down the needles and thread, you can find her in the kitchen baking a sweet treat or curled up with a good book.
