Kate Z
Kate is a bonafide theatre kid, with a yellowing BFA in Theatre Design from Emerson College to prove it. She dusted off that degree a few years ago when she gave in to the draw to all things art supplies and got mildly obsessed with painting wooden eggs. When the pandemic hit, she started painting all manner of things, up to and including her son's face, and hasn't stopped. Her goal as a Muse artist is to help you tap into your inner kid for playtime and encourage you to be the Artist.

Cade P
Cade has been making art since they could walk, thanks to the influence of his mom who practiced oil painting and paid the bills as a house painter, dropping bits of old-school techniques like breadcrumbs in the woods. In high school, Cade taught his first art class as a senior project after realizing how many people saw painting and drawing as something out of reach. He believed (and still does!) that art is a learned skill, just like anything else. That first class sparked a love for teaching that’s stuck with him ever since. He went on to get his degree and now teaches full-time as a high school learning specialist, all while continuing to create in a variety of mediums like acrylic, pen and ink, watercolor, pastels, and mixed media in his free time. He brings warmth, encouragement, and a belief that anyone can create something beautiful with the right mindset. Fun fact: Cade also has an adventurous “palette”- he loves to cook, (and eat) everything and anything, and once worked as a chef at The Capital Grille to help pay the bills in college. He sees food as its own form of art and brings that same creativity into the kitchen.
