Muse Fairfax is located in Mosaic District, around the corner from Lululemon and directly across from True Food Kitchen's outdoor patio on Strawberry Lane.
Parking is free and convenient at Mosaic District. There are 3 free parking garages around the Mosaic District studio, the closest is directly behind our storefront. There is also free street parking near the entrance of the studio.

  • Emily R

    Emily is an artist, illustrator and designer who grew up in Northern Virginia. She has been creating art for her entire life, and has a degree in Communication Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University. Emily specializes in a multitude of artistic mediums. She prides herself in her unique creative process that she uses to solve the artistic problems of herself and others. If you have an idea, she can execute it visually on paper, canvas or a screen. Her favorite things besides art making include: Lady Gaga, Trolls, Italian food, the color pink, lacrosse, Marvel movies and cartoons. Feel free to bring up any of these topics for discussion during her classes. You can find more of her artwork on Instagram! @artformygrandma

    Emily has loved painting ever since she could hold a paintbrush. She grew up exploring the different mediums of art and fell in love with acrylic paint. After graduating JMU with degrees in Graphic Design and Studio Art she came to work at Muse Paintbar and now enjoys hanging out with her dog, hiking, and teaching wonderful people how to paint.

  • Maria R

    Maria has been passionate about art since the very beginning, finding joy in painting and creative expression. She earned her Bachelor in Fine Arts and Visual Technology and has dedicated her life to both creating and sharing her love for art. Teaching others how to paint is one of her greatest joys, as she believes in the power of creativity to bring happiness and inspire self-expression. Whether through her own artwork or guiding others in their artistic journey, Maria finds fulfillment in helping people discover the beauty of painting and the joy it brings.

  • Giulianna S

    Giulianna has had a passion for art ever since she was a little girl. Growing up she would constantly doodle in her notebooks during class when she should have been taking notes. She has lived in California, New York and Virginia, but her favorite so far has to be Virginia. Currently she is a student at George Mason University getting her bachelors in fine arts with the goal of one day becoming an art profesor at an art based college. Giulianna mainly works with oil paint, acrylic, or pastels. She's a mom of three dogs and hopes to get another in the future! Giulianna is a reliable employee open to help in any way she can. You can find her either painting in her room or buying new outfits for her fur babies!

  • Matt C

    Matt is from Virginia and has been painting for many years. After VCU arts undergrad he joined Muse paintbar. When not painting you can find him golfing or out on the water fishing.

  • Yigit C

    Yigit is a Turkish artist who loves painting everything in sight. A classically trained oil painter in the Florentine style, before coming to Muse and painting with y'all, he worked as a concept artist for various TTRPG companies, and served as a resident artist for the city of Istanbul. When he is not painting with you at Muse, he is painting outside, whether en plein air, or in his studio. If you see him outside, don't be shy, say hi!

  • Madelin A

    Madelin is from Ohio originally and has a bachelors in 3D Animation and minor in Drawing from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Before Muse, she worked on two TV animated shows while living in British Columbia, Canada. She loves all types of art and often spreads herself thin over many active projects at once. She especially loves to draw portraits, caricatures, and is exploring oil painting and miniature sculpting. She loves teaching and introducing art to new people.

  • V N

    V is a visual artist and designer who recently moved from NYC! V has been painting since they were a kid, specializing in acrylic paintings, with their styles ranging from abstract expressionism, to realistic portraiture. Alongside their artistic endeavors, V is pursuing a career in psychology, drawing inspiration for their paintings from psychodynamic psychoanalytic theories. Outside of their creative pursuits, V loves taking their dog Hugo on long walks around Lake Accotink and finds joy in gardening in their free time.
