Registration

Reservations are required. Book the full number of seats in your party at the same time so we can seat everyone together, and remember every guest needs a paid seat (kids included), since our studios are capacity-limited. Payment is due at booking, and you'll get a confirmation email once it goes through. (Check your spam or promotions folder if it doesn't show up. We sometimes end up there.)

Sitting with your group

Coming with friends but booking separately? Add a group name when each person checks out, and we'll seat you together. Booking ahead helps. Last-minute reservations or in-studio sign-ups might mean you're not all at the same table.

When to arrive

Plan to get there 15 to 30 minutes before painting starts. That's your time to grab a drink, find your seat, and meet the instructor before we start painting. We'll do our best to catch up latecomers, but a substantially late arrival may result in an unfinished painting

What's included

A primed 11x14" gallery-wrapped canvas, a tabletop easel, five brushes in different shapes, and a palette with paint colors matched to the night's painting. You can use any of our 14 acrylic colors during the session if you want to customize your design.

For Lumify events, you'll also get access to our lightboard technology, which makes tracing and detailed artwork much easier. Canvas size varies by location, so reach out to customer service if you want to confirm.

What to wear

We give everyone an apron, but acrylic paint is unpredictable and permanent once it dries. Wear something you wouldn't be sad to get paint on.

Before you head out

Double-check your area before leaving. Our studios are only staffed during events, so anything left behind is hard to track down (we're not responsible for lost or damaged items). Check our calendar or contact us if you need to come back for something.

All ages welcome, though we recommend 5 and up. Anyone under 13 needs an adult with them, and every guest needs a paid seat (even if you're just there to keep a kid company). To buy or drink alcohol, you'll need to be 21+ with a valid government ID.

By booking, you authorize Muse Paintbar to charge your card for the reservation. We'll send your confirmation, receipt, and any updates by email, so make sure your contact info is accurate at checkout. Your payment is processed securely, and we don't store your full card details on our end. By booking, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Life happens, we get it. Cancel 24+ hours ahead, and we'll issue store credit for the full amount paid, good for 30 days on any public session.

A few things to know:

• Cancelling and rescheduling count as the same thing. We allow one reschedule per reservation, so a second cancellation results in a forfeited credit.


• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows aren't eligible for credit or rescheduling. This includes reservations made less than 24 hours before the session.


• Custom events like Paint Your Pet aren't eligible for refunds, credit, or rescheduling.

If we have to cancel a session

If a session doesn't have enough sign-ups, we may need to cancel it or move guests into a session that does. We may also have to cancel for other unforeseen reasons. Either way, we'll email everyone signed up by 9pm the night before whenever possible.

Reservation cost doesn't include food or drink, so we're not able to issue refunds or credit if the kitchen is closed or specific items aren't available during your session.
