Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligible Dates
Giveaway ends 11/30/24. Winner will be contacted by 12/06/2024. Event must take place at our location in The Battery, Atlanta. Event must be held Monday through Thursday, taking place on or before 3/31/2025 (subject to availability and at least 2 weeks notice).

What’s Included
Free event includes 10 seats, if additional seats are needed, they must be purchased prior to the event at the regular private party pricing (pricing is location and time specific). A classic private party painting of your choice can be chosen, custom paintings and Lumify paintings will not be permitted.

Food & Beverage
Food and beverage are not included with the free event, food and drink may be purchased separately in studio during the event. Mandatory $50 food and beverage minimum will be waived at booking for the contest winner.

Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling will not be permitted for any reason and cancelling will result in forfeiture of the event.

Card on File Policy
A credit card must be kept on file by authorizing a charge of $1 during booking and will be refunded after the event has taken place.
