Private Paint and Sip Parties & Events

Your group, your studio, your night. Private events are for groups of 10 or more, and you get to pick your painting from our library, choose your music, bring in food (or order from our catering menu), and paint on your choice of canvas size. An instructor walks the whole group through the painting step by step while you sip and hang out.

Smaller group? Public sessions are open to everyone, weekdays and weekends.

No, we’ll also come to you! Offsite events here. When you’re ready to book, our sales team handles the planning end-to-end.

Most of our promo codes are for public sessions only, but every now and then, we run a promo specifically for private parties. If we do, we’ll share the code in that promotion. Gift certificates, store credit, and rewards vouchers always work for private events.

We don’t do refunds on private events, but we’ll work with you to reschedule when life happens. The specifics depend on the event type:

In-studio private events: Cancel 48+ hours ahead, we’ll reschedule within 60 days (or switch you to a virtual event*). $125 reschedule fee. Less than 48 hours, the event can’t be rescheduled.

Virtual events: Same 48-hour rule. $125 reschedule fee, plus any cost difference between events. In the case that you cancel your event, you will keep the paint kits and are welcome to use with one of our pre-recorded virtual options on Muse To Go.

Offsite events: 7 business days’ notice to reschedule, $250 fee, new date within 90 days.

Main room or full studio buyout: 14 days’ notice. All funds roll to the new date (within 90 days), with a $250 reschedule fee. Less than 14 days, and the event can’t be rescheduled.

One reschedule per event. If we ever have to cancel for unforeseen reasons, we’ll notify you ahead of time and process refunds accordingly.

Hosts may arrive 45 minutes before your painting start time and guest arrival is 30 minutes prior to your painting start time. If your event begins at 2:30pm as host you may arrive at 1:45pm and guest arrival would be 2:00pm.

Yes! It’s hard not to get inspired in our space. Our industrial vibe includes exposed brick, sleek & modern black painted walls, and hundreds of paintings hung on the walls. If hosts would like to bring temporary decorations to personalize the space that is OK with us. One 4×4’ table is provided for food set up.

Our sessions run about 2.5 hours long. Most of your time will be spent painting with plenty of time for sipping and socializing.

When you sign up for a private event, you will select one painting for your group to make from our art library. Each attendee will be able to create their painting with step-by-step help from one of our instructors.

Absolutely! Bring your own idea (pet portrait, company logo, etc.) and our team will turn it into a custom painting. Pricing starts at $150.

Food and drinks are available to purchase as add-ons during the booking process, as well as in person during your event.

Yes! If you’d like to bring in your own food that is fine with us. Per our liquor license we do not allow outside alcoholic beverages. One 4×4’ table is provided for food set up.

We provide everything you need to paint including the brushes, canvas, easels, and aprons. We also have cocktail sized paper plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils available for an additional fee.
